de Stafford School is seeking to appoint a dynamic Technology and Arts Technician to provide a wide range of technical support to the team.

This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

The successful candidate(s) must have excellent communication skills, a calm and patient personality and a caring approach to supporting young people.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are enthusiastic and committed to working well as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently

• Are committed to developing and sharing outstanding practice across GLF Schools

• Have excellent IT skills 

• Have highly effective written and verbal communication skills

• Can develop effective working relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders

About de Stafford School:

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2

Pay Range: £21,544 - £23,363

Actual Salary: £18,019 - £19,540 (dependent on experience)
